These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Cirqle Ltd ("Cirqle", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using cirqle.co.uk, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UK consumer law.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use Cirqle. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. Please keep to one account per person, and don't share your account. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us at hello@cirqle.co.uk.

3. How Cirqle works

Cirqle is a cashback marketplace. In outline:

  • You browse deals from partner brands.
  • You make a qualifying purchase from the brand (subject to that deal's terms).
  • You post about it on Instagram, tagging the brand / our account as the deal requires.
  • You upload your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • We verify the claim, and confirmed cashback is added to your Cirqle wallet.

4. Earning cashback

Each deal shows its own cashback amount or rate and its own conditions, which form part of these terms for that claim. Cashback rates and deals can change or end at any time; the terms that apply are those shown at the time of your purchase. A qualifying purchase must be genuine, completed, and not fully refunded or returned.

5. Verification & our discretion

Cashback is not guaranteed until it is confirmed. We verify claims (some automatically, some by manual review) and may request additional proof. We may reduce, withhold, or cancel cashback where, acting reasonably, we find: the purchase didn't qualify or was refunded/returned; the required post was missing, deleted before verification, or didn't meet the deal's terms; the receipt was unclear, altered, or reused; or there are signs of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

6. Wallet & withdrawals

Confirmed cashback is shown as a balance in your Cirqle wallet. Withdrawals to an external account are being rolled out. When withdrawal is available, the payout method, any minimum withdrawal amount, and expected timings will be shown to you at the point of withdrawal, and we may hold a withdrawal while we complete identity or fraud checks. Your wallet balance is a record of cashback owed to you under these terms; it is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

7. Your content

When you upload a receipt or link an Instagram post to a claim, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a licence to store and use it for the purpose of verifying and administering your cashback. We keep receipts private (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Create fake purchases, receipts, or posts to claim cashback.
  • Use bots or automated tools against the platform.
  • Exploit bugs or errors for cashback gain.
  • Open multiple or fake accounts.
  • Use Cirqle for any unlawful purpose.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of unconfirmed cashback.

9. Availability & changes

Cirqle is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms — if we make a material change we'll post a notice on the site and, where appropriate, email you. Continuing to use Cirqle after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Liability

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your non-excludable rights as a consumer). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by a partner brand's actions (for example a brand declining a claim), or for interruptions to the service. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the confirmed cashback balance in your account relating to the claim.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, unconfirmed cashback is forfeited; any confirmed balance owed to you will be paid using the withdrawal method then available, once any checks are complete.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
