How can we help?

Getting started

Sign up for free, browse our partner deals and shop as you normally would — online or in store, since the receipt is what proves it. Then share it with your friends, online or in-person — online means following @cirqle.co.uk on Instagram, then posting and tagging both us and the brand — and upload your receipt. If a friend shared it with you first, enter their Instagram handle on the claim and you both earn. Once your claim is approved, the cashback clears into your wallet and you can withdraw it to your bank. There's a full walkthrough here.
Completely free. No subscriptions, no membership fees, no tiers, and nothing is taken out of your cashback. Brands pay us to reach real customers who share them, and we pass a share of that to you.
We work with brands across fashion, beauty, food, travel, tech, home and fitness — including Nike, ASOS, Boots, Gymshark, Deliveroo, Spotify and Airbnb. The full list, with every rate, is on the deals page.
You have to actually buy the thing, and actually share it with your friends, online or in-person — online meaning following @cirqle.co.uk on Instagram and posting with both us and the brand tagged. If you weren’t going to make the purchase anyway, the cashback isn’t worth it.

Sharing

Sharing does — online or in-person. Online, that is following @cirqle.co.uk on Instagram, then posting and tagging both us and the brand. In-person, it is telling a friend, so they buy and enter your handle when they upload their receipt. Both earn, and you can do both on the same purchase. There is no link to send — sharing in-person is just your handle typed into your friend’s claim. The how it works page walks through each one.
£1 for you and 50p for them, funded by the brand rather than taken out of anyone’s cashback. It pays out once their first claim on that deal is approved and clears — and your own post has to come before their purchase, since that post is what backs up your share.
Only as a repeat visit, and only where the brand allows it. Once you have claimed one of a brand’s deals with a post, a later receipt from that same brand can be logged on its own. It earns a smaller fixed amount the brand sets, and it can’t be used to name someone who referred you.
Yes, until the claim has been verified. A post deleted before we check it is one we can’t verify, and the claim can be withheld — the terms set out the full list of reasons.

Cashback

Yes. Cashback is paid in pounds and withdrawn to your bank account through Stripe. There are no points, no vouchers and no store credit.
Your claim clears about three days after the date you shared, provided it has been approved. Once cleared, it sits in your wallet until you withdraw it.
No. We read your receipt automatically so you don’t have to type anything out, but a person on our team reviews and approves every claim. That’s how we keep the deals honest for the brands funding them.
Pending means your claim hasn’t been approved yet, or it has been approved and is still inside its three-day clearing window. If it isn’t approved before that window closes, the claim expires.
Generally no — using another discount code or going through another cashback platform can break our tracking. Check each deal’s terms, as some brands do allow it.
If you return part or all of your order, the cashback for the returned items is removed from your wallet. If it has already been withdrawn, we deduct it from a future claim.

Withdrawals

From your dashboard, choose Withdraw. Cashback is sent to your bank account via Stripe — you’ll verify your identity and add your bank details on Stripe’s own secure form, so we never see or store them.
Not at the moment. Bank transfer through Stripe is the only withdrawal method we support today.
The minimum is £5.00, because below that the transfer fees would eat most of the payout. There’s no maximum — withdraw as much as you have cleared.
