Cashback
Cashback typically appears in your wallet within 7–14 days after your post is verified. Some brands take up to 30 days to confirm the purchase.
Pending means we're waiting for the brand to confirm your purchase. This usually takes 7–14 days. Once confirmed, cashback moves to "available" in your wallet.
Generally no — using another discount code or going through another cashback platform can break our tracking link. Check each deal's terms as some brands do allow it.
If you return part or all of your order, cashback for the returned items will be removed from your wallet. If the cashback has already been withdrawn, we'll deduct it from a future transaction.
Withdrawals
Go to your dashboard and click "Withdraw". You can transfer to your bank account or PayPal. Transfers usually arrive within 1–2 business days.
The minimum withdrawal is £1.00. There's no maximum — withdraw as much as you have available.
