Cirqle, explained for brands

What it is, why brands use it, and how we make sure you only pay for real sales.

What is Cirqle?

A cashback marketplace that turns your customers into your marketing. They buy from you, share it with their friends on social media or in‑person, and upload their receipt. You pay them the cashback rate you set, only for real purchases.

Why brands use Cirqle

Word of mouth, at scale

Your customers recommend you to the people who already trust them.

Pay for sales, not clicks

No per-click or per-view fees. Cashback only goes out on approved purchases.

You’re in control

Set the cashback rate, minimum spend, end date and terms for every deal.

See what’s working

Your dashboard shows claims, real spend, the posts about you and who brought whom.

How we verify every purchase

Six checks run on every claim, in order, before any money leaves your balance.

  1. 1 Matched to your receipt

Every receipt is compared with the one you give us at setup: store name, address, VAT number and layout.

    Catches receipts from other shops
  2. 2 The sums are re-added

We add up the items, subtotal and tax ourselves, and check your minimum spend and the date.

    Catches made-up receipts
  3. 3 Never paid twice

Copies are caught, even cropped or re-photographed, across every account.

    Catches double claims
  4. 4 The post names you

The post must tag your brand and stay up until it’s checked.

    Catches wrong-brand and deleted posts
  5. 5 Real accounts only

We score followers, engagement and consistency. Real small accounts beat big bought ones.

    Catches bought followers
  6. 6 No self-referrals

Both people in a new-customer bonus are ID-checked with Stripe, and shared bank or ID details are blocked.

    Catches people referring themselves

A real person checks anything unusual

Even when every check passes, these always go to a person before any money moves: the same deal claimed again and again, a claim made minutes after signing up, or one receipt or post showing up on several accounts.
